I believe we do ourselves a great disservice, when we choose to swim in the shallows. When we accept the bare minimum from relationships, to avoid the pain of "being alone". When we take thoughtless and unkind words, and actions, and we make it mean something about US.
We are not here to grind our souls into the dirt with self-loathing and self-abandonment. We are not here to diminish our shine so that someone, anyone, will pick us.

I did exactly that. Time, and time again. And my soul grew tired of hurting. I secretly put myself through therapy at 19, and I haven't stopped exploring myself and my healing through various modalities as a client, a student, and a coach.
My professional toolkit
Understanding self, and others, is a HUGE part of my life's journey and purpose. And these are some of the systems, tools, and techniques that have had a profound impact on me. I wanted to be able to offer the same to beautiful souls like yours.
Life Coaching and Mentoring
Having worked with my own coaches, and feeling the impacts of that, I undertook training through BYCA, so that I could be a guide on peoples' journey of self-worth and self-love - to help them become more of who they are.
Human Design
I completed Human Design training through Hatha Astro so I could consider and incorporate your unique energetics into my coaching and mentoring services. Like a custom outfit, instead of a one-size-fits-all!
Neuro Linguistic Programming Techniques
I completed training in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Emotional Change Technique, and relaxation hypnosis in 2024 (and am studying a hypnosis qualification currently). These are powerful tools for transformation, working with your subconscious.

I'm an Aquarius Sun and Rising, with a Gemini Moon, Pisces Venus, and Sagittarius stellium (a.k.a. I'm deeply lead by innovation, connection, empathy, magic, passion and compassion, connection, curiosity, and adventure).
My passions
I'm a passionate animal lover, and vegan, and making delicious meals for people is some of how I show love. I'm queer AF baby, and seeing queer people shine makes my heart sing! I love self-care and witchy rituals, visiting galleries, and enjoying live music. I am devoted to being, giving, and receiving love. And I'm obsessed with my maltese shih tzu, Monte Carlo.
